02 · HEALTH
Comprehensive private medical cover via Vitality, including the rewards programme, mental health support, and access to digital GP.
03 · WELLNESS
Annual wellness budget of £1,000 — for therapy, fitness, gym membership, or whatever else helps you do your best work. Expensed on your Odin company card.
04 · PENSION
Employer pension contribution at 4%, paid alongside salary monthly. Or you can choose to salary-sacrifice any amount of your choosing.
05 · TIME OFF
25 days annual leave + 2 wellness days + 6 flexible bank holidays = 33 days. Bank holidays can be banked and used another time, your call.
06 · BIRTHDAY LEAVE
On top of the 33 days. If your birthday falls on a weekend, take it on the closest weekday.
07 · WORK FROM ANYWHERE
Work from anywhere globally for up to six weeks each year — useful for visiting family, travelling, working from home, or just changing scenery.
08 · PATERNITY LEAVE
Six weeks paternity leave at 100% pay plus a further six weeks at 50% — available from day one. Additional paid leave for pregnancy loss (gender neutral) and paid leave for fertility treatments including IVF.
09 · SICK LEAVE
Paid sick leave including support for pregnancy loss, fertility treatments and chronic illness — covered without it eating into annual leave.
