Before you read on
What we're handing you
The build, end to end. You'll partner with product to shape what we ship, bring the funds and SPV expertise that lets us actually do it, and design the systems underneath that turn it into an automated product rather than a manual operation. Fund operations, SPV operations, and the finance stack that runs both — capital calls, reconciliations, valuations, LP reporting, the ledger, tax, audit, controls. Where today they'd be hand-stitched, you're the one turning them into systems. Yours to own. Regular touchpoints with the founders to collaborate, but the decisions and the outcomes are yours.
The trade
You won't inherit a polished operational backbone, and you won't inherit a fully-set operating model either. The seat is foundational — you're not stepping into a function someone else has designed. You're the person designing it. The first 30 days are yours to shape what gets built, how it operates, and how this function partners with product, with the founders in the room.
